1. Membership
ToviHub is the membership platform of SATOVITO. Membership is subject to approval, payment of the applicable annual fee, and continued good standing. SATOVITO may suspend or discontinue a membership for non-compliance following its intervention process.
2. Certificates
A membership certificate confirms membership for the stated period only. Its status can be checked at any time on the public verify page. A revoked or expired certificate must not be presented as current.
3. Member-to-member trade
Referrals, trade rates and the fees agreed between members are arrangements between those members. ToviHub records and helps track them but is not a party to them and does not collect or hold the money that moves between members. Members agree to deal fairly and honour agreed rates and fees.
4. Ratings & conduct
Ratings must be honest and based on real dealings. SATOVITO may act on repeated poor performance or abuse of the platform, including through its intervention and membership-review process.
5. ToviPlan & client quotes
Quotes and itineraries you build are your own commercial documents. You are responsible for their accuracy and for honouring them with your clients. Prices shown to clients are the prices you set.
6. Payments
Membership and service fees are payable by EFT (with proof of payment) or card via PayFast or Yoco. Fees are set by SATOVITO and may change on notice.
7. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SATOVITO is not liable for losses arising from dealings between members or from use of the platform. Contact: [email].
